Planning a special event or conference? The Armstrong's facility offers a number of rooms of various sizes, one of which is sure to suit your needs.

Grand Ballroom: The ballroom provides a unique, elegant setting for any type of large group function. The complete ballroom balcony, red velvet drapes, grand staircase, dance floor, stage and all wooden bar give any function that extra flair with the charm of a great Mississippi Delta Steamship!

Capacities:
80-400 people – Tables and chairs, including the option of using the balcony for additional seating
80-600 people – Theatre Style (chairs only)

Prices:
$ 2.50 / person – Tables and chairs
$ 1.50 / person – Theatre Style (chairs only)
$ 6.00 / table – charge for extra tables, i.e. presentation, etc.
Maximum Room Rental Fee: $ 750.00
If food is ordered for a minimum of $ 4,000.00, the room rental is free.

The Bartylla Conference Room is equipped with the necessary modern technology for your conference – computer with DVD, in-focus projector, built-in screen, wireless microphones and sound system. We offer a conference package which includes the set-up according to your specification, usage of the linens, coffee and water and the clean-up afterward. Conference refreshments can be provided at an extra charge.

Capacities:
25-80 people – Classroom Style (tables and chairs)
25-180 people – Theatre Style (chairs only)

Conference Package Prices:
1). Full day (normal conference begins at 08:00am and runs until 5:00pm):
*includes either morning or afternoon coffee
Up to 50 People: $ 200.00
50-180 People: $ 250.00

2). 1/2 day (maximum 5 hours including set-up time):
Up to 50 People: $ 150.00
50-180 People: $ 200.00

Special Conference Package Prices for Small Groups:
(prices include room rental fee)

1). Full day (including coffee and water )

• Morning Break - With Fruit Tray, Assorted Danish, Soft Butter Pretzels

• Business Lunch - With two courses in the Restaurant or Winter Garden. Buffet Style or Served (depending on the number of participants).

• Afternoon Break - With Cake and Coffee

Package Price for one day:
• Including Business Lunch – $ 25.30 per Person
• Without Business Lunch – $ 17.80 per Person

2). 1/2 day (including coffee and water)

The Winter Garden provides an outdoor, airy feeling to your special event. With heating and an automatic shade system, this glassed-in room can be utilized all year. This room is great for celebrations of all kinds.

The Restaurant: Our newly-renovated restaurant provides a soothing, relaxing atmosphere for your special event. It includes a play corner for small children so it is particularly recommenable for birthdays and baby showers. But of course, any other type of event is sure to be a success!

Emerald Alley and Back 40- The size and fun atmosphere of these rooms make them a perfect location for informal functions like birthday parties, promotion parties, hails and farewells, and other small unit get-togethers.

Capacity: up to 40 people

Room Rental Fee for Emerald Alley and Back 40 is $150.00 each:

The room rental fee is waived at Emerald Alley and Back 40 if more than double the rental amount is spent on beverages at the bar.

Whether you are hosting an event at Armstrong's or in your own backyard (or anywhere in between!), look no further! Between Kämmer's Iron Skillet and Castello's Snack Bar, both housed in the Armstrong's facility, we've got you covered! Menu items available for both on- or off-site functions.

Irish Pub / Emerald Alley / Off-site:
Castello’s Snack Bar offers a Catering Menu for special events held at the Irish Pub or the Emerald Alley. There are five different combinations to choose from; orders must be placed at least one week prior to event. Minumum 10 people per party, please.

Also, check out the dine-in/delivery menu for home delivery service! Delivery areas includes: Vogelweh Housing,Vogelweh, Kapaun, ROB and Pulaski Barracks. $1.00 Service Charge. Please note: there is no home-delivery on Sundays.
