The Mannheim Library Assistance Office at Sullivan Barracks, Building 246, offers a virtual library experience. Internet access is available, as is a comfortable reading room with free paperbacks and Playaways. Story time for pre-school children and toddlers is offered the first and third Wednesdays of every month. Patrons receive help in setting up MyAccount to enable them to order books and audio-visual materials online and receive them in their mailboxes. Assistance is given in accessing electronic resources for all ages--full text periodicals, research databases, help for homework, read-along storybooks for children and downloadable e-books, music, movies, and videos. Library registration and clearing can be done at the Office.
