We offer everything from breakfast, brunch and luncheon options to full dinner buffets and banquet selections, as well as themed buffet parties like South of the Border night, an Out-West Cook-out or an American Picnic Party. If you are looking for a more formal ambience, take a look at the 4-Star Dinner offerings, which can include prime rib, NY strip steak and Beef Wellington, along with exotic salads and dozens of vegetable and starch options. Specialty items such as fruit skewers with chocolate sauce for dipping, a whole poached salmon, or carving stations with ham, prime rib or a whole turkey turn an ordinary event into an extraordinary occasion. For a lighter meal, try an hors d’oeuvres-only party and allow your guests to indulge in their favorite hot or cold appetizers such as savory meatballs, spring rolls, bacon wrapped scallops, vegetable crudites, crab & artichoke dip and island kabobs.
